Vegetable Pizza

Inctructions:

the day before: prepare the dough, put it in the fridge

  1. the dough:
    • add the the ammount of Flour you want, add some Olive Oil, Salt and 12 package of dry Yeast
    • add some warm water on top of the yeast and wait 5min until you see some foam forming
    • now start stiring with a spoon until everything is in one dough ball
    • if it dosen’t work yet add more water but dont over do it
    • after your dough ball is formed cover the bowl
    • leave it for 30min at room temerature or in the fridge over night
  2. put your dough on a parchment paper on your counter
  3. add some Flour if it’s too sticky too touch
  4. start spreading it (wait a little after taking it out of the fridge makes it easier) if it springs back wait a little
  5. cutt up your toppings and grind some cheese
  6. put the parchment paper with the dough on your baking sheet(adjust it if needed)
  7. spread the Cream Cheese on the dough like you would with tomatoe souce
  8. add your toppings and some Olive Oil on the crust
  9. baking for about 15-20min at around 180°
